A lot of people have been in touch this week about very dry skin and sore hands and fingers. The excessively cold air from Siberia was very dry and coupled with turning up the central heating, skin really begins to suffer.

You may also have noticed being quite itchy, especially after showering and this is a sure fire sign that your skin is crying out for hydration and moisturisation. Sarah’s Leg Lotion (for the blokes too!) is great after a shower. A little goes a long way and smells of freshly mowed meadows - a timely reminder of warmer times to come.
